Instagram University 3.0 – The famous AVR-Formula

L This video is about my famous AVR-Formula. (The video is from the Instagram University 3.0) I use it basically for everything that I do on Instagram. It is one of the core elements, that I always have in the back of my mind when I do something on Instagram.

So how does it work? And how can you use it to grow your following and your business on Instagram? And how can you use it to get ahead of other Instagram Accounts?

A stands for attention, V stands for value and R stands for relatability. So you’ve got 3 core components of this formula. First get the attention, second bring value, and third build-up relatability.

First, you see my profile picture, which is kind of mysterious. Then you see ‘moved to Dubai on my own at 18’ and ‘1,000,000 in sales in 45 days through Instagram’. In combination with awesome pictures in Dubai, I’m building up a lot of attention around my personal brand.

The second thing you see are the posts with motivational text on them. These bring value because it inspires people and gives them hope. In my story, I also give a lot of value through Q&A rounds and sharing my daily learnings. The next thing is the highlights for example. In it, you see Christmas and giving back. I always had the dream that I buy my mother a new car and surprise her with it. That’s what you see in the ‘Christmas Highlight’. And you also see a post where I am still in school and way younger. All this is building up relatability. People can relate to me. They can connect to me and get to know me better.

 

The next thing for you is to figure out: Who is your dream follower? Who do you want to attract? Write everything down that comes up into your mind. Maybe your dream follower is the same age as you. You have the same interests. Maybe he wants to have a cool watch and make money online without working in a tiny office. Maybe he wants to be free and live an independent life. What is his dream life? What are his or her goals? Write everything down that comes up.

And now that you know who your dream follower is you can attract him. Because you know what he cares about. Maybe he wants to have a luxurious lifestyle. Then you can show that on your Account. Maybe he likes fancy watches. Show that. I think you get it. If you first know who you want to attract ideally you know everything about your dream follower, then you know how you can attract him.

Conclusion:

You should use the AVR-Formula because you set up the foundation for an amazing Instagram Profile that grows as fast as possible and that has a huge following of raving fans and in the end also paying customers. It consists of three parts: Attention, Value, Relatability. First, grab people’s attention f.e. by showing the dream lifestyle of your dream follower. Next bring them value like learnings, inspiration, cool photos. And finally, get your dream follower to relate to you. You can do this by posting pictures with you and your friends, your family or by showing some old picture, where you are f.e. in a situation where they are right now.

Craft your dream follower carefully and take some time to sit down and think about it. If it takes hours or even days… that’s not a problem. Because the better you get your homework done, the better your Instagram Account will perform.
